Es begann an der Fachhochschule Kiel, in einem Kontext, den viele von au\u00dfen nicht als fruchtbaren Boden f\u00fcr Startups sehen w\u00fcrden.<\/p>\n<p>Das ist ein Irrtum. FH-Projekte entstehen aus konkreten Problemstellungen, nicht aus abstrakten Marktanalysen. Das erste Konzept, das sp\u00e4ter zu Screenable wurde, war ein Experiment rund um interaktive Screens und Smartphone-Steuerung. Die Ausgangsfrage war einfach: Kann man ein gro\u00dfes Display so bauen, dass Leute spontan mitmachen wollen, ohne App-Download, ohne Registrierung, ohne Vorkenntnisse?<\/p>\n<p>Das urspr\u00fcngliche Konzept war vom heutigen Produkt weit entfernt. Technisch funktionierte es. Und hier werden die meisten Gr\u00fcndungsgeschichten unehrlich.<\/p>\n<p>Die ersten Gespr\u00e4che liefen in Richtungen, die sich im Nachhinein als Sackgassen erwiesen. Kleine Einzelh\u00e4ndler, lokale Veranstalter, Unternehmen ohne dediziertes Marketingbudget. Die Annahme war: Wer einen Screen hat, k\u00f6nnte Interesse haben. Das stimmte nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Das eigentliche Problem war kein technisches. Es war ein Verst\u00e4ndnisproblem \u00fcber Entscheidungswege und Budgetlogiken. Kleine Unternehmen haben weder die internen Strukturen noch die finanziellen Spielr\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Custom-Aktivierungen. Selbst wenn Interesse da war, fehlte der konkrete Anlass. Wann genau braucht ein B\u00e4cker ein interaktives Spiel auf seinem Display?<\/p>\n<p>Die Antwort auf diese Frage hat letztlich die Positionierung als\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/screenable.io\/en\/blog\/event-gamification\/\">Event Gamification<\/a>\u00a0Agentur geformt. Er kam durch ein konkretes Erlebnis: eine Aktivierung auf einer Veranstaltung, bei der Besucher spontan stehen blieben, andere anlockten und das Gespr\u00e4ch am Stand pl\u00f6tzlich eine andere Qualit\u00e4t hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Auf einer Messe ist Aufmerksamkeit das knappste Gut. Wer dort einen Grund schafft, stehen zu bleiben, hat etwas geschafft, das kein Rollup und kein Produktvideo leisten kann. Das Phone-as-Controller-Prinzip funktioniert in diesem Kontext besonders gut: QR-Code scannen, sofort spielen, Ergebnis auf dem gro\u00dfen Screen sehen. Keine H\u00fcrde, kein Erkl\u00e4rungsbedarf.<\/p>\n<p>Das Smartphone wird zum Controller f\u00fcr ein Spiel, das auf einem \u00f6ffentlichen Screen l\u00e4uft. Besucher interagieren, Marken gewinnen neue Kontakte. Der Pivot war r\u00fcckblickend logisch. Sie ist konkret: ausbleibende Auftr\u00e4ge, Gespr\u00e4che, die nicht zu Projekten werden, und die leise Frage, ob die Idee vielleicht doch nicht tr\u00e4gt. Durchhalten klingt in R\u00fcckblicken romantisch. Im Moment ist es eine Abfolge von Entscheidungen unter echtem Druck.<\/p>\n<p>Was geholfen hat, war weniger Optimismus als Klarheit. Welche Kunden haben wirklich funktioniert? Welche Projekte haben Energie gegeben statt genommen? Welche Anfragen haben das Gef\u00fchl erzeugt, am richtigen Ort zu sein? Diese Fragen haben die Richtung stabilisiert, keine Durchhalteparolen.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fcckblickend waren einige Entscheidungen in dieser Phase falsch. Zu viel Zeit floss in Gespr\u00e4che, die nie zu Projekten wurden.
