Das Ziel: bildungsbenachteiligte Menschen mit einem spielerischen, niedrigschwelligen Zugang f\u00fcr den Kontakt mit dem Beraterteam \u201eWeiterbildung in Schleswig-Holstein&#8220; zu gewinnen. Eine Wanderausstellung machte im November und Dezember 2025 Station im Sophienhof Kiel, in der Holsten-Galerie Neum\u00fcnster, im F\u00f6rde Park Flensburg und im LUV SHOPPING L\u00fcbeck. Ein auff\u00e4lliger Messestand mit vier gro\u00dfen Geschenkboxen, je eine pro Talent-Typ, und einem digitalen Gl\u00fccksrad sorgte f\u00fcr Aufmerksamkeit. Zwei mehrsprachige Promotion-Begleiter:innen halfen Passant:innen beim Mitmachen und \u00fcbergaben passende Give-Aways wie Notizbl\u00f6cke, Zollst\u00f6cke oder Geldbeutel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Kampagnen-Landingpage.<\/strong>\u00a0Unter\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bringdichweiter.sh\/\">www.bringdichweiter.sh<\/a>\u00a0b\u00fcndelt die Kampagne alle relevanten Informationen: die Vorteile von Weiterbildung, den direkten Zugang zum St\u00e4rken-Check und Hinweise auf Vor-Ort-Termine. Die Seite ist konsequent barrierefrei gestaltet, mit gro\u00dfen Buttons, gut lesbaren Schriften und Alt-Texten f\u00fcr Bilder. Alle Inhalte gibt es mehrsprachig. Anders als die zeitlich begrenzten Vor-Ort-Aktionen bleibt die Landingpage dauerhaft online.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instagram und Influencer-Kooperation.<\/strong>\u00a0Ein eigenes Kampagnen-Profil (@bringdichweiter.sh) wurde aufgebaut und durch eine Kooperation mit dem schleswig-holsteinischen Influencer Denis von der Ohe, bekannt als \u201eDer Tippgeber&#8220;, verst\u00e4rkt. In einem eigens produzierten Video erkl\u00e4rte er lebensnah, welche Vorteile Weiterbildung bringt und wie der St\u00e4rken-Check abl\u00e4uft.
